- Conference registration is mandatory for the workshop.
- Bank charges will be applicable as per RBI rules.
- Accompanying delegates & children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
- PG Students should submit a Bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
- Registration cannot be transferred.
- Transport cost is not included in the registration amount.
- Organisers will not be responsible for any failure in mailer delivery or information
delivery if the registration form is not filled out.

- No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after 15th July 2026.
- All cancellation requests must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email
only.
- Refund for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received
on or before 60 DAYS, 15th July 2026, after deducting 30% administrative charges and cost
towards refund, if any.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed post-conference within 25 Working days.
- A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund, as the funds have been received. NO
CASH refund policy.
